Our Process - How we work
- Clicking the Get A Free Quote button will guide you to our scheduling page for a 20-minute in-home visit. Please select a time that works best for you and answer a few simple questions. During the visit, we will discuss the scope of the project and carefully examine your furniture. We can usually swing by within 24 hours.
- After examining your furniture, we will provide you with a quote and timeline for the project. There is absolutely no obligation to move forward from your side at this point.
- If you would like to move forward, we will pick up your furniture. Your items will be professionally wrapped and protected during transport to keep them safe and sound while in our care.
- The work will start immediately after we have received your furniture.
- Once the furniture has been refinished to our highest standards, we will deliver your items. You will have the chance to examine and confirm for yourself that the refinished pieces meet your expectations.
- Only when you are 100% satisfied will we invoice you the agreed amount.
Please note: We do not charge a deposit or a downpayment for materials. The full amount is due only at the end of the project when you are fully satisfied – Completely risk-free.
